안녕! 

As I've mentioned in my previous post, I wanted to make more personal posts.
So, this will be the first one. It's still not as personal as I wanted it to be but I'm still in the changing and deciding process, so it will take some time and posts for me to get there.

Moving on, I really wanted to write about some nice and cute places in this town. And the first and most important one on my list is this cute Restaurant. 
It's called Seoul and the owners are a korean couple. 
I've been going there for a couple of years now and I don't even go there that much. At first I was only there like 3 times a year and now I maybe go like every second month.

So, this time I asked if could take pictures of the inside after everyone left and they agreed. And then I asked if I could also take pictures of them, to show their faces on my blog. It was quite funny because he was like. "Yea, sure. Take as many as you want. I'm ready!" While she was like, 'Oh, no. I didn't put on any makeup.' It was really cute!

So, these are the owners: 

 박 희정 Park/Yeo Heejung and 여행구 Yeo Haenggoo (western names: Helena and Peter)

For about two years now, they always welcome me with open arms. When I come in, they are like: "Hel- OH, It's you! Hi, how are you? Where's your mom? Is she doing alright?" and I get a hug and their smile widens even more, if even possible. She always stops by our table for a quick chat and already told me about their children and even gave me tips on how to make Ddeokbokki. I really enjoy it when she stops to talk and she always tries to teach me some korean and asks me how I'm doing on korean.
He was a real goofball when we went there for the first time, reenacting Psy by doing the Gangnam Style dance and just being really silly with the customers. It's adorable!

In the Wintertime they've handed out small treats. Houses made out of cookies with icing and gummybears and smarties on top. It's adorable and after New Years, they invite their guests to a Karaoke night in the restaurant.

Urban Decay x Gwen Stefani Blush Palette

안녕! Before the actual post about the palette, I wanted to share some personal thoughts. Those who don't want to read that, can just scroll past this.

I said I would work on more posts and I did sit down and wanted to write, but then I just didn't find the motivation. Most of the photos I have saved for future posts, are for beauty related reviews and so on. But the more I thought about it, the more I'm dissatisfied with the direction this blog is going into. I still want to continue posting these beauty related things but I also want to include short personal posts like OOTD and stuff like that, since I do not intent to be a beauty blogger but want to give this a personal note. I do enjoy writing these reviews, since I'm also always looking for some, when I want to buy products and I hope that mine can help people. I thought about taking more pictures when I'm going places or just meeting friends and then also posting about them, including nice places to eat at and just my life in general. So, if you have any thoughts or suggestions, you can share them in the comments below

I wouldn't even have known about this collaboration and the palette, if it wouldn't have been for my friend who works at a cosmetics shop.
She kept on telling me about it and how she never used blushes before but started now because of this palette and how well the colors compliment pale skin like ours.

The palette has a really nice design, at least in my opinion, with the golden color and UD's logo on top of it. The dots give it a nice touch and I think it looks more high-quality this way, than when it would have been fully gold. It looks really simple but elegant. 

I really like that there is a big mirror on the top part of the palette. The Naked palettes also have mirrors but they are really small and you can only see a little bit of your face, which would be enough to apply makeup to your eyes, but not to see the full outcome of your makeup. You can use this palette while applying makeup and don't need another mirror, which I do need when I use the Naked palettes.

It's really hard to capture the actual color of these blushes on pictures. >_<

But you have everything you need in this palette. Two of these are perfect to contour and highlight your face. You also have an orangish tone, which you can use as a coral blush and the usual pink blushes. 

I really like that these blushes are very pigmented. Other than my MAC blush, the others are barely pigmented and I need a lot of product to see the color on my cheeks. For this palette, I just had to lightly dab my brush into the product and I didn't need any more. 

I'm still playing around with this and will add it to my post, if my thoughts have changed.
But for now I think that the price for 6 colors of this quality is a good deal.

Etude House Specials

I'm back again after another couple of months, not a big surprise anymore, is it?
I'll have a free week soon and I hope I'll have the time to write more than just one post so that I will have a few for the future which I can just publish.

Anyway, because I do not have much time at the moment, I wanted to talk about something where I can take the photos from Etude's websites.
I'm always a little lazy with editing my photos, even though it's actually a lot of fun for me, but it also takes up a lot of time ><

So, Etude House always has some specials going on and they still have these two, that I've ordered a few weeks ago.
They also have a SALE going on now, which is another reason why I wanted to write about it now. You can get the stuff even cheaper now.

1. Snowy Dessert

You can either buy all of these separately, or you can buy one of two sets that the website offers.

The positive thing about the set is that you can save some money, since you pay 24$ instead of 35$ and even get a cute pen for free.

The negative thing is that you only have two sets and can't choose the colors you want for each item.
There are more than just two colors available when you get them separately but you don't have a choice for the sets.

As you can see, one set is really light with a pinkish liptint, a beige golden eyeliner and a ginger cookie blusher.
The other set is brighter/darker with a red liptint, dark brown eyeliner and a contour set.


I would have loved to get both and even more but in the end I got the lighter set, since I didn't want the contour set.

My set is currently stuck at customs but I did find picture online on how it should look like.
I'm a sucker for cute stuff and I love how the package of the cookie sets look like an actual oven, as if the cookie is actually baking inside.
I can't wait to get mine and post pictures of it.

I also have more pictures of the individual products and the many shades they come in, in case you want to buy them separately instead.

As you can see, the 101 Pencil has 5 shades. You can use it as eyeliner, lipstick, blush, etc.

 The cookie you could either get as blusher or as contour set.

This lip tint, which is called Pudding tint, comes in 5 different colors.
